I loved this eight-week course with Susan! She is a master trainer with years of experience, and she brings a lot of knowledge to the table. The atmosphere was set in a peaceful setting outdoors this year due to Covid-19, and we felt safe and were able to keep our distance. The class was small and intimate, and very respectful. What I loved the most is to remember, “What is and not what could be.” That little phrase has helped me through a few challenges this past year. Just breathe and let Susan guide you through wonderful meditation techniques, and I promise you will come away more relaxed, calm and equipped with tools to handle anything thrown at you.
